1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Swoofi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Swoofi's website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Swoofi is a comprehensive pet ecosystem that provides:

• Social networking features for pet owners
• Directory of pet services (vets, groomers, trainers, hostels)
• Pet events and community activities
• PawPoints rewards program
• Pet adoption and NGO support
• Pet safety and SOS features

3. User Accounts

Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Swoofi. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. User Content and Conduct

Content Guidelines: Users may post photos, videos, and text content. You retain ownership of your content but grant Swoofi a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or promotes animal cruelty
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
• Misleading, fraudulent, or spam
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material

5. Pet Services and Listings

Service Provider Verification: While we strive to verify service providers, Swoofi does not guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of listed services.

Transactions: Transactions between users and service providers are independent. Swoofi is not responsible for disputes, damages, or issues arising from these transactions.

Reviews: Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. Fake reviews are prohibited.

6. PawPoints and Rewards

PawPoints are virtual rewards that can be earned through platform activities and redeemed for vouchers. PawPoints have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

Swoofi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the PawPoints program at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Swoofi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is": The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swoofi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

10. Termination

Swoofi may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India.
