Auction 101
How the Auction Works
A step-by-step breakdown of the auction process that determines which pets join which teams
Pre-Auction Registration
Pet parents register their furry friends by paying ₹299 refundable deposit. Top 36 pets are shortlisted based on engagement and quality submissions.
Team Selection Begins
Six brand team owners log in to the live draft system. They take turns selecting their 6 pets (one at a time) from the shortlisted 36.
Live Bidding Round
Base bid starts at ₹500 per pet. Open auction where team owners place bids to acquire their chosen pets. Bidding can go up to ₹10,000 per pet.
Broadcast & Engagement
The entire auction is streamed live on YouTube, Instagram, and inside the Swoofi app. Viewers can follow their favorite pets and teams in real-time.

How Daily Challenges Work
Real-time, live competition where every moment counts.
4-Hour Live Window
Each challenge opens for exactly 4 hours. Teams must submit during this window only.
Live Submissions Only
No recorded or pre-recorded content. All submissions must be captured live in real-time.
Activity Duration
Submissions must be max 1–2 minutes of actual activity. Concise, engaging content wins.
Team Leader Responsibility
Team leader ensures pet availability during the 4-hour window. Absence = 0 points.
Critical Points
Zero tolerance for late submissions after the window closes.
Quality & creativity matter — judges prefer authentic performances.
Pet must be clearly visible & active in every submission.
Absence marked = automatic 0 points for that challenge.
Technical issues don’t extend the deadline — submit early!
Cumulative points across all challenges decide team ranking.
